Event Description:
The 2026 Irish National Cross-country (XCO) Championships will take place at Carey's Castle, County Waterford.
On Saturday 18 July 2026 there will be practice available as well as the races for the non-championship categories (U6 to U12). This year there will also be a demonstration event for cross-country short course (XCC) which will be two races - Open and Women.
The format of the event is a 20 minute high-intensity race limited to a maximum of 30 riders, where lapped riders get eliminated from the race.
The championship races take place on Sunday 19 July 2026.
